United Peace International (UPI) tackles various social and environmental problems facing us all in the dramatically changed world of the 21st Century. We work with Nobel Peace Prize laureates and other individuals, institutions, and organizations sharing our vision. Our goal is to create peace in a world without war through improved global governance and helping achieve the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We envision a world united in peace through a strong sense of global responsibility that focuses on the shared well-being of all people and the planet rather than perpetuating systems that support the idea of sovereign states vying for resources and power. Its vision of peace is one based on systemic accountability and concerted action on global issues and threats, and a renewed global governance framework.
A Path toward Building Enduring Peace
We believe that the comprehensive structural reform of global governance is the most effective and important way to achieve sustainable peace and address the existential threats we face. The United Nations has established 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and new forms of global governance are required if we hope to meet them as one path towards peace. While all are key, UPI focuses on those vital to achieving sustainable peace as our pillars:

At age 10, set a vision to be an entrepreneur.
Established Sunny Health Co., Ltd. in 1970.
Expanded into a company with $500M in revenue.
Decided to use profit for global peace initiatives.
Established United Peace International and formally started activities in 2023.
